The beds were so comfy we slept past our check out time. Debbie at the front desk was very nice and accomadating. Then our car wouldn't start and Derek in maintance pulled up on a curb with his own car and was patient to get us going again. Just dont see service above and beyond like this anymore.

Room: It would be nice if the lamps by both the chair and the bed were dimmable so they wouldn’t disturb others trying to sleep. The room isn’t fully soundproof, and you can hear the train nearby. The electronic peepholes are a neat feature I’ve never seen before, and the two roller shades let you either filter light or block it out completely. Bathroom: Possibly the most spacious hotel bathroom I’ve ever had. I loved the décor and that the toiletries provided are Dove. The bathtub has low sides, which makes it easier for kids, seniors, or anyone with mobility concerns to get in and out. The shower head is mounted high, which is great for tall guests, but shorter people may have trouble reaching it to adjust the angle or settings (if adjustable at all). It does have a pleasant rain-style flow. One downside is that the soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers are mounted quite high, so shorter children can’t use them independently, and some dispense quickly and spray straight out. Service & Location: The front desk staff were very friendly. There’s lots of parking, and the location is convenient for getting around. Security seems to be a priority — the main doors are locked later in the evening, and food deliveries aren’t allowed past the front desk. There’s also a Tim Hortons right nearby. Amenities: The pool is small but includes a toddler wading area and waterslides. Breakfast is included and offers plenty of options.

Nice room, spacious,and clean. New feel. Front desk was super friendly. Pool and hot tub and waterslide all good. But the breakfast, which is free, was out of this world. I'd stay here again just for the breakfast!

I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year, and I have to say the Holiday Inn Express in Lethbridge ranks as one of the best. I didn’t have a reservation and arrived around 10:30 PM to see if any rooms were available. My first point of contact was Rohit at the front desk. He was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. One small detail I appreciated was the USB ports for charging devices, something the last hotel I stayed at didn’t have. When I checked out in the morning, Rosemary was also positive and friendly. Like many people, I read Google reviews when deciding where to stay or businesses to support. I try to contribute honest feedback, good or bad, so others have information to help them make their own decisions. Great job, Holiday Inn Express Lethbridge.

Service; Hrithika, Debby, and Rohit were all so friendly and helped make me feel at home. Hrithika in particular is an amazing asset to your team. She always welcomed me with a smile and warm greeting. Room: The room felt brand-new and was well laid out. There were plenty of lighting options, a modern TV with casting, comfy bed and sofa, bathroom was clean and loved the sliding door that enclosed the shower. Breakfast: The breakfast felt better than your typical Holiday Inn. There was fresh fruit, fruit cups, fluffy eggs, boiled eggs, potatoes, dietary-restricted foods (gluten-free options), french toast, and waffles. Amenities: The pool featured a water slide. The gym was well-stocked and the common spaces were well thought out.

Always the best experience here , all the employees are always extremely friendly and happy to help. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff also do a great job at keeping sports teams quiet on weekends for us there for work.

I am impressed with this hotel. The hotel staff from the front desk, the maid and buffet servers were all courteous and kind. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We have consistently chosen this location and each stay has been consistently 5 star!

Debbie was the best, great pool and hot tub bonus on the water slide. Breakfast was spot on, clean, well-kept units. Would recommend and stay here best bargain around. Wouldn't want to miss out on a stay here.
